Day 1   Arrive in Lhasa 

Upon arrival at Lhasa Gongga airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to our hotel.  We will take a good rest for the breathtaking tour on the roof of the world.

Day 2   Lhasa  (B)  

Today we will visit Jokhang Temple, one of the oldest temples at the heart of Lhasa. You may take pictures on the roof of the Temple, from where the most popular views of Lhasa can be cought.  Afterwards visit Potala Palace, the symbol of Tibet culture and history. It is the winter palace of the Dalai Lama.   Later we will wander on Barkor Street for experiencing the lifestyle of Tibet. Tibetan art and traditional work are outlet for sale on this street. We also have some free time to explore the holy city of Lhasa. 

Day 3   Lhasa-Yamdrok Yumtso Lake (B)

Today we will drive about 2 hours to visit Yamdrok Yumtso Lake, one of the important holy lakes in Tibet. On the way, we will enjoy the natural view of Tibet plateau. In the evening return to Lhasa.  

Day 4   Lhasa – Nyingchi  (B) 

After breakfast we drive to Nyingchi. Nyingchi is the most beautiful rural country in Tibet. We will drive along Kychu River, and then drive through Milhan Mountain pass along Nyiyang River. On the way, we will visit the most pictursque lake of Basum Tso. Many Tibetan Villages are located on both sides of the road. We will view green forest, and Nyingchi’s picture like nature beauty. We will also visit the Giant Cypress Garden to see a 2500-year-old cypress tree. Overnight in Nymchi. 

Day 5    Bayi-Minlin-Namshan   (B)

After breakfast, we will drive along Yarlung Zangbo River, and visit Nanyi village, which belongs to Luoba minority. On the way, we will stop by and take photos.    

Day 6    Namshan-Gyaca-Tsedang (B) 

Today we will enjoy the beautiful scenery of highland forest valley, and visit Yumbu Lakang Palace and Qamchu Monastery.              

Day 7    Tsedang- Lhasa   (B)

This morning we will visit Samye Monastery. Afterwards, head for Lhasa. See the sightseeing of Yarlung Zangbo River on the way to Lhasa. We will stop by for photography.  Arrive in Lhasa and check into our hotel.            

Day 8    Lhasa Departure (B)

Our photography tour ends up here today. You will be transferred to Lhasa airport or train station for your next destination.
