These terms and conditions govern all tours and services provided by Tour into Tibet, operated by Bright Bridge Company, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (License #2006371-054-101). By booking a tour you agree to these terms.
Tours are confirmed upon receipt of payment via PayPal to brightbridgeelite@gmail.com. All prices are in US dollars. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking. We will confirm your booking by email once payment is received.
All tours include airport transfers, accommodation as listed, daily breakfast, private vehicles, portable oxygen bottles in Tibet, English-speaking local guide, Tibet Travel Permit, required area permits, and entry tickets for listed attractions.
Not included: International and domestic flights, China visa fees, travel insurance, lunches and dinners (unless specified), personal expenses, and gratuities for guides and drivers.
Tours depart every Monday from July through December. No tours operate in March. Specific departure dates are confirmed at the time of booking. All tours are land-only and begin and end at the relevant airport.
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, permit suspension, government restrictions), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative departure date.
Tibet Travel Permits and required area permits are included and handled by us. You are responsible for obtaining your own China tourist visa. Failure to obtain a valid China visa will not entitle you to a refund.
Tibet involves high-altitude travel. We provide complimentary portable oxygen bottles in all vehicles and in-room oxygen at select hotels. However, we strongly recommend consulting your physician before booking, particularly if you have heart or lung conditions. We are not responsible for medical expenses incurred during travel.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and high-altitude coverage. This is not included in our tour price.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, permit restrictions, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavor to provide the best possible alternative.
Tour into Tibet and Bright Bridge Company act as agents and are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, or additional expenses arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or illness.
