Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Lhasa — Acclimatization

Arrive at Lhasa Gonggar Airport. Transfer to your 5-star hotel in Lhasa (3,656m). Rest and acclimatize — oxygen is available in your room. Evening orientation with your guide. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Lhasa.

Day 2

Potala Palace & Barkhor Street

Morning visit to the magnificent Potala Palace. Afternoon at the sacred Jokhang Temple and a walk through vibrant Barkhor Street — Tibet's most famous pilgrimage circuit and market. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Lhasa.

Day 3

Drepung & Sera Monasteries

Visit Drepung Monastery, once the world's largest monastery. Afternoon at Sera Monastery, famous for its animated monk debates held in the courtyard each afternoon. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Lhasa.

Day 4

Sacred Yamdrok Lake Excursion

Full day excursion to the stunning Yamdrok Lake (4,441m). Drive through the scenic Kamba La Pass with sweeping panoramic views. Spend time at the lakeshore taking in the extraordinary turquoise waters and Himalayan scenery. Our vehicle carries portable oxygen bottles for this higher-altitude day. Return to Lhasa in the evening. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Lhasa.

Day 5

Norbulingka Park — Departure

Morning visit to Norbulingka, the beautiful summer palace of the Dalai Lama. After lunch, transfer to Lhasa Gonggar Airport for departure. Tour concludes.
